Summer Truffle, commonly known as “Scorzone”, is one of the most widespread in Europe, well adapted to different climates and soils. The outer skin is black and has a very warty bark. The pulp is hazel with yellowish tones, crossed by fine whitish veins. It has a delicate flavor and pleasant taste.
